– The return authorization number must be written on each box underneath the shipping address.
– A copy of the invoice along with a letter listing reason for return must be included in the box.
– Damaged, misused or items without original packing will not be accepted.
– No refund on shipping & handling charges.
– Buyer will pay return shipping.
– Refunds will be processed within one business day after the receipt of returned items.
